WHOIS Terms of Use
1. WHOIS database is administered by NetArt Registrar Sp. z o.o. It contains information on domains with respect to which the company provides administration and technical services.
2. NetArt Registrar Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any torts committed by Domain Name Holder.
3. Furthermore, NetArt Registrar Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any damage caused as a result of the actions or omissions of Domain Name Holder, including, but not limited to, violation of intellectual property rights, trademark rights or personality rights; all claims related thereto shall be brought directly to Domain Name Holder.
4. All data displayed is made available for the purpose of contacting Domain Name Holder or for purposes directly related to domain name.
5. By using WHOIS, you shall be deemed to have accepted WHOIS Terms of Use and confirmed that the data will be used for lawful purposes. Furthermore:
a) you shall not enable or otherwise support the transmission of mass unsolicited commercial advertising or solicitations to Domain Name Holder’s address, e-mail address, telephone number or facsimile number,
b) data may not be used for marketing purposes,
c) data may not be sold or used for redistribution purposes.
6. Copying, reproducing, distributing or using the data available in WHOIS database operated by NetArt Registrar Sp. z o.o. otherwise than provided for in these WHOIS Terms of Use shall be prohibited.
7. NetArt Registrar Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to restrict access to WHOIS database, impose a limit on the number of queries, and amend these WHOIS Terms of Use.
Zasady korzystania z bazy WHOIS
1. Baza danych WHOIS jest zarządzana przez NetArt Registrar Sp. z o.o., i prezentuje dane dotyczące domen dla których firma świadczy obsługę administracyjną i techniczną.
2. NetArt Registrar Sp. z o.o. nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za czyny zabronione popełnione przez Abonenta domeny.
3. NetArt Registrar Sp. z o.o. nie odpowiada również za szkody spowodowane działaniem lub zaniechaniem Abonenta domeny – w szczególności nie odpowiada z tytułu naruszenia praw własności intelektualnej, prawa ochronnego do znaku towarowego lub naruszenia dóbr osobistych – wszelkie roszczenia z tym związane uprawniony powinien zgłaszać bezpośrednio do Abonenta domeny.
4. Wszelkie wyświetlane dane udostępniane są w celu umożliwienia kontaktu z Abonentem domeny lub w celach bezpośrednio związanych z nazwą domeny.
5. Korzystając z bazy WHOIS, akceptują Państwo Zasady korzystania z bazy WHOIS poświadczając jednocześnie, iż dane będą używane w celach zgodnych z prawem, jak również:
a) nie będą Państwo umożliwiać lub też w inny sposób wspierać przekazywania masowych i niechcianych reklam lub ofert na adres Abonenta domeny, adres e-mail Abonenta, numer telefonu lub numer faks,
b) dane nie mogą być wykorzystywane w celach marketingowych,
c) dane nie mogą zostać sprzedane lub wykorzystane w celach redystrybucji.
6. Kopiowanie, powielanie, rozpowszechnianie lub inne niż wynikające z Zasad korzystania z bazy WHOIS wykorzystywanie danych dostępnych w bazie WHOIS obsługiwanej przez NetArt Registrar Sp. z o.o. jest zabronione.
7. NetArt Registrar Sp. z o.o. zastrzega sobie prawo do ograniczenia dostępu do bazy WHOIS, nałożenia limitu na liczbę odpytań, jak również do zmian Zasad korzystania z bazy WHOIS.
